Description
This decaffeinated version of our China Black tea is created using the same hallmarks as the original, prolonged oxidation of leaves after being picked, exposure of leaves to wood fire for drying, and a cooling period where the leaves age and ferment. Its leaves are then submitted to the CO2 process which extracts the caffeine molecules. Once brewed the leaves produce a dark red liquor with bright, rich and spicy flavors.
