This coffee comes to us from our friends at Finca El Tarro in Ataco, El Salvador.
Finca El Tarro is run by our friends, Carlos and Gerardo Flores who also own and operate Finca Tres Potros. These brothers own, share, and manage the farm and oversee every aspect of their coffee’s production. Together they have been able to produce some of the highest quality coffee along the Santa Ana Volcano, and consistently place in El Salvador’s prestigious Cup of Excellence.
Over the past 5 years we have had the pleasure of working closely with and developing a friendship with the Flores family. In that time we have come to appreciate not only their outstanding product but also the consistency and attention to detail that makes their coffee a cut above.
Expect notes of cherry, red apple, and raspberry accompanied by bright acidity and a medium body.
