This decaffeinated blend comes to us from two different departments of Colombia, Huila and Narino. We enjoyed the elevated, sweet flavor notes that the Sweet Ethel Acetate process endowed this coffee with. Not only does this process make the coffee sweeter through using sugarcane in the decaffeinating process, but it also leaves much of the coffee’s flavor intact while removing most of its caffeine.
Expect a sweet cup with notes of banana, caramel, and maple accompanied by a subtle apple acidity.
